Bearcats dispatch McGill 75-41
Watching them last night you could tell the Bearcats hadn’t played a game in a while. It makes sense that they started off slow against a team who had already played 6 games and were used to the live action. I liked what I saw out of the starters and how the entire team adjusted and played ‘Bearcats’ defense from the last minutes of the first half onward. The freshman still have a ways to go as far as adjusting to the college speed and understanding Mick Cronin’s schemes but they did a nice job and will have a ton of opportunities in the coming months to learn. I was just happy to see a live UC basketball game again.
