Zach, as he puts it, is a ‘square peg fitting in a round hole’ in this offense and coaches Jones and Bajakian had to taylor their playbook to match his abilities as best they could. Munche Legaux is a much more natural fit for their system and thus the coaches are free to run the schemes as they were intended when they arrived from Central Michigan. Legaux’s biggest knock will be inexperience but if he can grow up fast, he is more than capable of leading the Bearcats down the stretch.
