Munchie Looks To Makes His Case

There is no question that Munchie Legaux is the starter heading into spring but his backup will come from a wide variety of players. Naturally Brendan Kay, if he can stay healthy, has the best shot of winning that QB-2 role with Patrick Coyne right behind him. Obviously I’m zealous about either Bennie Coney or Trenton Norvell seeing the field this year but the fact is the Jones/Bajakian offense is too complicated for freshman quarterbacks to pick up, even if they did enroll early.

Bearcat Breakdown | #5 Justin Jackson

Mr. Excitement played very well near the end of the season because he had better body control down the stretch. I’ll get into more detail about it next week but I fully expect Jackson to have a good year as a junior considering his progression this past season.
