Quadri Moore Commits To Cincinnati. Or He Hasn’t.

Adam Zagoria is reporting that forward Quadri Moore has committed to UC over the Seton Hall Pirates. The post position has been in dire straits since Yancy Gates graduated a couple of years ago. He’s filled that hole with stop-gaps of late, including Coreontae DeBerry in the upcoming recruiting class, but adding four year players is basically the only way to ensure stability at any given position. JUCO’s and transfers just don’t have the time to grow into themselves and fully understand a system like true freshman. Cronin took a step in the right direction by adding Jamaree Strickland last year and appears to have again filled his coffers with young, talented post players with the addition of Moore, who committed to the Bearcats today.
But has he really?
The problem with Zagoria’s article is that everybody else seems to vehemently disagree.
Three VERY reliable sources have been unable to confirm Moore commitment. File under false alarm for the moment.

Two reliable sources have informed me that they are unaware of Quadri Moore's commitment to Cincy.

Recruiting is screwy sometimes. If/when Quadri Moore commits to the Bearcats he will be yet another talented four-year recruit for Mick and his coaches to work with in the coming years.
