Talking Cincinnati-South Florida And Bearcats Basketball With Sports Blitz

Around noon on Sunday I hopped on with William Wolkoff who runs the show Sports Blitz on Bearcast Media. We talked regularly throughout much of last season but this is the first time for me going on his show this year. He does a really, really nice job and I highly encourage you tuning in every Sunday from 12-2 pm.

In this segment we covered a number of topics ranging from the Bearcats-Bulls game on Saturday night as well as the upcoming UC basketball season. Specifically the talking points included:

  • What happened on special teams, namely with Tony Miliano?
  • Evaluation of Tommy Tuberville and this coaching staff.
  • Brendon Kay and MeKale McKay.
  • On to more optimistic topics, Mick Cronin’s upcoming recruiting class – Who will play?
  • Who’s going to be the starter at point guard?
  • Who among the incoming freshmen will have the biggest impact?
  • Has Sean Kilpatrick peaked? How will he perform as “the guy” in his senior year?

You can listen to the entire segment below. I come on at the 25:20 mark.
