It’s Monday and we’re 12 days away from Cincinnati’s matchup with Rutgers on November 16th. As such, the game time and channel has been released by ESPN.

For the fifth time this year, and counting, the Bearcats will be playing at noon but it will be their first on ESPNews. To be honest with you I really have no issues with this. Living out of state, the only means I have of watching Bearcats football is streaming over the Internet or on television. Without a doubt, I prefer the latter. Hunching over a computer just isn’t the same as the big screen.

The only qualms I have with nooners in general is during home games. Nippert Stadium just isn’t the same when half of the student section is yawning as they make their way to their seats. But since this is on the road it could only help the Bearcats’ chances as they take on not only the Scarlet Knights but a crowd of likely 50k+. Hopefully Rutgers students are heavy partiers and like to sleep in on Saturdays.
