For all intents and purposes, today will be the last meeting between the Bearcats and Scarlet Knights. After this season Rutgers will be moving into the Big Ten and since we all know how unlikely UC is to join them, it’s basically over between us unless some random non-conference game pops up in the next few years. The breakup is mutual in nature and I’m sure both parties would try to continue the series if they could. But, like I mentioned, the chances are slim to not of that occurring.
So let’s savor what’s probably the final game between Cincinnati and Rutgers. There’s been some good ones between these two.
