Important: Tommy Tuberville Has A Guitar, Knows How To Use It!

Last Friday, University of Cincinnati SID Ryan Koslen uploaded perhaps the greatest photo of Bearcats head football coach Tommy Tuberville of all time. I’m only stumbling upon it now but my goodness is it glorious.

Photos pretty much don’t get more “Ol’ Gunslinger” than this. The calm caress of an acoustic guitar. The wry smile. The look of satisfaction after finishing off a country ballad. Visions of him singing to the entire Bearcats football team around a single camp fire during training camp at Higher Ground immediately came to mind when I saw this.

The only things that would make this picture better are a 10-gallon hat and a pair of cowboy boots. Maybe in a few weeks. And if you’re a UC football player who happens to read this and get a picture or video of Tuberville strumming a country song to you, I’ll exchange all kinds of goods or services to get my hands on a copy of this. Think about it.
