College Football: Week 4 in the AAC

facebooktwitterreddit

Last week our Bearcats beat down Toledo and put the AAC on notice like we thought. Our defense was shaky, but our offense was better than expected and that is great for #BearcatNation. Ben ranked the AAC after Week 3 and rightfully so our Bearcats are ranked first.

AAC got a big win by ECU as they knocked off Virginia Tech. So, early on it seems like they may be UC’s toughest opponent.

UC plays Miami of Ohio which will be a massacre at Paul Brown. Let’s check out who are foes are playing this weekend.

Friday 9/19

Connecticut @ South Florida, ESPN, 8 PM

Saturday 9/20

Tulane @ Duke, ESPN 3, 12:30 PM-

Delaware State @ Temple, ESPN 3, 1 PM-

North Carolina @ East Carolina, ESPN U, 3:30 PM-

#6 Texas A&M @ SMU, ABC/ESPN 2, 3:30 PM

Bethune-Cookman @ UCF, ESPN 3, 6 PM

Miami (OH) @ Cincinnati, CBS Sports Network, 7 PM

Middle Tennessee @ Memphis, ESPN 3, 7 PM

UNLV @ Houston, ESPN 3, 8 PM

The games I’ll keep an eye on will be North Carolina/East Carolina, UConn/South Florida and UC/Miami of Ohio. ECU may be able to knock off two ACC teams in a row, UConn/SF will be a AAC conference game so that is always important and our Bearcats have a home coming game even though we will thrash Miami of Ohio how much will we score on Saturday? Who will be the best team in the AAC after this weekend?
