Last night all of #BearcatNation was cheering on ECU as they took on UCF in a very important battle in the AAC. First off I want to highlight two things, if ECU would’ve won it would look better on UC’s resume and if they could’ve/should’ve beat UCF it would be one less team UC would have to share the AAC Championship with if they beat Houston Saturday.
It seemed ECU had done UC a huge solid with less than a minute left then total hell broke loose. Two words: Clock management. Why didn’t ECU play for the points? And why didn’t safety or corner just tackle Perriman? Three on one and the only one you didn’t want to come down with the ball did. Thanks for nothing ECU. If you want to laugh check out some of your favorite Bearcat fans tweets when that play happened.
Check out the video of Justin Holman’s 51 yard touchdown pass to Breshad Perriman. UCF won 32-30 to join Memphis to hold a share of conference.
