The Bearcats BlogCast is back after a month long hiatus and we promise if you don’t tell on us that we’ll return to our weekly schedule from here on out.
Per usual, I was joined by Scott (@cardscott5) at Bearcats Blog (@BearcatsBlog) and Matt Opper at Down The Drive (@downthedrive) to discuss all things UC football and basketball. Unfortunately we were only graced by Matt’s presence for about the first 15 minutes due to technical issues on his end. There’s still no telling if he vanished from the face of the Earth entirely but search parties are combing the countryside.
Anyways Scott and I pressed on without him, talking about Cincinnati’s 2015 recruiting class, basketball’s strange new up and down ways, and the AAC title race. Here’s a full rundown of tonight’s podcast:
- Reviewing the 2015 recruiting class
- Discussing some key signees
- Tuberville’s recruiting strategies
- The basketball team’s Jekyll and Hyde ways
- Recapping the South Florida and SMU games
- Gary Clark’s knee injury
- The oddities of Octavius Ellis and Kevin Johnson
- Cincinnati’s AAC title chances
- How UC’s RPI and SOS will affect their NCAA Tournament chances
As always, you can listen to it via the media player below but feel free to subscribe to our podcast on iTunes. We’re also up on Stitcher. We’d love for you to rate and comment on it.
