We’re back (well, I am) for the regular Bearcats BlogCast with Scott King (@cardscott5) who writes for Bearcats Blog (@BearcatsBlog) and Matt Opper who writes for Down The Drive (@downthedrive).
Due to the harrowing winter befalling the electric cables that feed into my Chicago apartment, I was unable to join Scott and Matt for our podcast last week. It was probably the smoothest, most entertaining podcast in months. But I didn’t have issues this week and all three of us were able to get together to talk about our favorite topic; the Bearcats.
As expected, this segment was heavy on hoops but we did talk about Cincinnati’s spring practice that kicked off yesterday. But, again, we focused on the basketball team and more specifically UC’s AAC and NCAA Tournament hopes.
Here’s a full rundown.
- 2015 spring practice – news, players to keep an eye on, expectations for new players
- The suspensions this season – Jamaree Strickland, Quadri Moore, Deshaun Morman
- Recapping Houston and Central Florida
- Looking ahead to Tulane
- Looking even further ahead to Tulsa and Memphis
- UC’s AAC Tournament hopes
- A preview of the NCAA Tournament
As always, you can listen to it via the media player below but feel free to subscribe to our podcast on iTunes. We’re also up on Stitcher. We’d love for you to rate and comment on it.
