What’s Wrong With Cincinnati Bearcats Basketball?
There’s definitely something amiss about this team that lost a bunch of veteran leadership in the offseason. With them was an identity and a focus on defense. We knew coming in a that scoring points would be at a premium this fall simply because the Bearcats weren’t going to be as good at stopping other teams. Another problem is that Cincy isn’t scoring points to make up for that loss.

All-Detroit: Dennis Norfleet dazzled with runs, but his home may be on defense
Norfleet’s move to the defensive secondary is okay with me. There’s a logjam at runningback in 2012 with Isaiah Pead graduating and the quickest way for Norfleet to see the field is likely at cornerback. He’s played some defense in high school and is quick as a cat. I think he has the raw talent to excel at corner.
