Earlier this morning we released our Mount Rushmore for Cincinnati Bearcats football because, you know, that’s just what’s hip with the kids nowadays. This time we’ll focus on the basketball side of things.

Admittedly, I struggled with this one. Boiling down the history of UC basketball to just four players was a bit harder to do than football. Let’s face it, Cincinnati hoops has had far longer runs of success than the guys on the gridiron. It is what it is. But for the purpose of this post it certainly doesn’t make things easier when you have to cycle through over 50 years of pretty consistent success and pluck out just a few former ‘Cats to put in the spotlight. All we can do is try out best, I suppose!

Click through to check out who we’ve chose as the former Bearcats who should be on the basketball Mount Rushmore.
