Cincinnati v. Memphis Previews
Memphis Tigers Statistical Leaders
"A year after going 3-9 in their first year in the American Athletic Conference the Memphis Tigers are a team on the rise in the AAC. They might not be ready to challenge UC and East Carolina for the conference crown, but they are a better and more balanced team this year than they were a year ago."
Football Opens Conference Play With Memphis Saturday
"Saturday marks the 22nd meeting all-time between the two squads in a series that dates to 1984. The Tigers lead the all-time series 18-13, but UC has won five of the past six matchups, including two consecutive in Cincinnati where the Bearcats own an 8-6 series advantage."

Ten(ish) Questions With… RB George Winn
"Then he started to hit people. And run over people. And show he can play special teams, too. So Winn went from roster fodder to trying to snag a roster spot. The Southfield, Michigan, native didn’t do that initially, but the Lions liked the former Cincinnati Bearcat enough to keep him on the practice squad."
Bearcats Make First Trip to Tulsa
"The University of Cincinnati men’s soccer team plays an away match for the seventh time in 10 matches this season when it travels to Tulsa on Saturday, Oct. 4. The match is set for 8 p.m. ET (7 p.m. CT) at the Hurricane Soccer & Track Stadium in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Bearcats opened with five of their first six matches on the road and are now on the back-end of two consecutive road contests to open American Athletic Conference play, following a 2-0 setback at Temple last Saturday, Sept. 27."
American Announces ESPN 3, Digital Networks Schedules

Looking at the Race for the American Championship
"It’s October, which means it’s time for conference play to get fully underway. And getting fully underway is exactly what’s happening the with the American, starting tonight. There have been a handful of conference games played, but they have been by the probable bottom feeders of the league. This post is designed to look at the teams with the best chance to become AAC champions."
Houston Lost To UCF On A Heartbreaking Play At The Goal Line
"There was a crazy amount of sports on TV last night, so nobody should be blamed for missing a college football game between two unranked teams from the American Athletic Conference. But UCF’s 17-12 victory over Houston featured one of the more dramatic endings you’ll see all year."

Looking Back on Former Cincinnati Red Adam Dunn
"There may not be many careers that have taken a more obscure path than Dunn’s. In the moment, he seems underappreciated. As time plots by, he will flourish—a misunderstood flower amongst a generation of enhanced weeds. When it was trendy to get big and slug home runs, Dunn was already massive and cranking the long ball."
