College Football: Week 9 in the AAC

Last week the Bearcats broke their 3 game losing streak and #BearcatNation rejoiced. The Bearcats smacked the lowly Mustangs and all seems well in Clifton, I’m hear to say lets not jump the gun and I’ll be looking at this weeks matchup tighter because USF likes to the run the ball and run the ball often. If the Bearcats can get past USF maybe we can start being more optimistic.
Also, Houston handled Temple pretty easy last week, so that team is somebody we need our defense to tighten up against.
Well lets see how all the games shape up in the AAC this week.
Thursday 10/23
Connecticut @ #18 East Carolina, ESPN, 7 PM
Friday 10/24
South Florida @ Cincinnati, ESPN 2, 7 PM
Saturday 10/25
Memphis @ SMU, ESPNEWS, Noon
Temple @ UCF, 5 PM
The game to watch this week is UC/USF. It is very important for UC and their defense to keep making strides so they hope to track down ECU. Temple/UCF is a game to keep tabs on even though its not on a sports network. Hopefully Week 10 our boys are back on the positive side of .500.
