We’re back!

After a short reprieve to

spend time with

endure the frustration of family for a week, Scott and I realized we missed a lot. So we’re catching up with a massive combined recruiting, College Football Playoff rankings, football, basketball, and AAC games podcast. Ok, we talk about most of those every week but this one seemed more… how you say… massiver? That makes sense.

Here’s the full rundown but remember to give Scott (@cardscott5) and his site Bearcats Blog (@BearcatsBlog) follows on Twitter.

  • 5 star recruit CeCe Jefferson visiting this weekend, what does it mean and does UC have a chance at landing him?
  • Recapping Temple
  • Previewing Houston, a potential “trap” game for Cincinnati
  • Breaking down the Cougar offense and dangerous, interception prone defense
  • Predictions for the Houston game
  • Discussing the new College Football Playoff rankings
  • Quick look at this week’s AAC games
  • Thoughts on Cincinnati’s Jekyll and Hyde performances against Ole Miss and Stony Brook
  • Gary Clark is awesome
  • The offense and finding balance between taking shots and waiting for open looks

Next week we’ll cover the all important Nebraska game, which kicks off a gauntlet of strong opponents for the next month. We’ll also discuss the outcome of Cincinnati v. Houston and the Bearcats’ bowl game. Plus there will be the usual nonsense.

As for this segment, you can listen to it via the media player below but feel free to subscribe to our podcast on iTunes. We’re also up on Stitcher. We’d love for you to rate and comment on it.
