Bearcats BlogCast: All About The Basketball

The Bearcats BlogCast where I actually contribute instead of lazily miss a week is back. In the last segment of course Matt Opper at Down The Drive (@downthedrive) discussed a plethora of topics with Scott (@cardscott5) who manages Bearcats Blog (@BearcatsBlog).
They covered the Big 12 realignment rumors that were swirling last week since the conferences top 2 teams, TCU and Baylor, were snubbed from the College Football Playoff. They also covered the Houston game and the defense’s improvement over the course of the season. Finally they discussed UC’s Military Bowl opponent the Virginia Tech Hokies and finished off with basketball.
In today’s podcast, Scott and I went heavy with basketball, only spending the first 10 minutes on football of any kind. We reviewed the Nebraska loss and looked ahead to San Diego State tomorrow night and VCU on Saturday, plus the outlook for Cincinnati’s season should they throw up a goose egg in the next two games. Finally we discussed a little women’s hoops for the first time on the blogcast and the vision for this program under Jamelle Elliott.
