Watch: Troy Caupain’s game tying shot versus Purdue

First off I want to say when Dakota Mathias hit that rainbow three with 1:37 left in the second half I thought the game was over. UC was down 5 points (54-49) and the offense turned offensive. From Clark missing a shot, to Caupain missing an easy lay up to Cobb shooting a quick three while being doubled teamed it seemed the Bearcats fate was signed, sealed and delivered.

Purdue left the door open and Troy Caupain knocked the door off the hinges as he made a nice floater to take the game into overtime where the Bearcats eventually won 66-65.

This game probably took a few years off of my life, I wanted to write this last night, but because of the long day I had I couldn’t pull it off.
