Brady Drogosh, 2023 3-star quarterback prospect, announced his verbal commitment to the Bearcats last Monday. Cincinnati offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Gino Guidugli extended an offer to Drogosh on April 26 and he committed less than a week later. Drogosh told head coach Luke Fickell during the NFL Draft on Friday night that he was ready to make an announcement.

After leading De La Salle to a perfect 13-0 record and a state championship last season, Drogosh impressed at the Elite 11 camp in early April. The 6’5, 200-pound quarterback is an imposing athlete with dynamic arm strength and running ability that also helped the Pilots basketball team to a state title.

He ran a 4.68 40-yard sprint at the aforementioned camp last month and was one of the top testers alongside fellow 2023 5-star quarterback Dante Moore, 2024 prospect Talon Fisher and others. In addition to throwing for 1,467 yards and 15 touchdowns last season, Drogosh showed off his speed, racking up 1,781 rushing yards and 24 touchdowns.

According to 247 Sports Composite, Drogosh is the 36th highest rated quarterback in the country and the 16th ranked junior prospect from Michigan. He received 13 scholarship offers prior to the recent commitment, including Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Toledo, Western Michigan and more.

Drogosh also visited Michigan in April.

The Bearcats are continuing to build on the 2023 recruiting class, which has eight hard commits and is ranked 13th in the nation per 247 Sports. Fickell picked up a pledge from 4-star tight end Khamari Anderson in February before Rohan Davy, Braedyn Moore and Drogosh committed in the last month.

Cincinnati currently has the top rated 2023 recruiting class in the American Conference but is projected to be in the Big 12 by the time Drogosh steps foot on campus. Fickell and Guidugli obviously believe he has potential to lead the program as it transitions to the Big 12 in the coming years.
