Let It Fly, the Bearcats football miniseries presented by Toyota, returned for a second season as the program prepares for fall training camp. The season 2 premier, Welcome to Cin City, is a 17-minute video that consists of interviews with coaches and players, multiple team bonding events, spring practice highlights and more.

After an entertaining montage from last season and spring practice, the series jumps to an interview with head coach Luke Fickell and several players including veterans Arquon Bush, Wilson Huber, Jake Renfro, Jabari Taylor, Malik Vann and Josh Whyle. Plus both potential starting quarterbacks Ben Bryant and Evan Prater.

"Fickell explained his thoughts on the idea of rebuilding via Cincinnati Athletics: “I think it’s disrespectful to look at some older guys, the seniors in particular, and say we’re rebuilding. What do you mean rebuilding? Maybe some people don’t know the names. But the reality is, those guys have been working their tails off.”"

The episode also showed segments from the annual kids summer camp and team volleyball game during the offseason. Following a trip to Coney Island, the team participated in a cooking competition with sports nutrition fellow Colin Russo before a few guys got a chance to throw the first pitch at a recent Cincinnati Reds game.

"Fickell also discussed the offseason activities with Cincinnati Athletics: “We always like them to do some outreach stuff together and events that are fun. The uniqueness of being with your guys outside of this building, outside of your meeting room, outside of the football field, is really critical in the development of the relationship.”"

Let It Fly episode 2 is expected to be released this week with an unveiling of the recently renovated new locker room and more. The series premier was directed by Anthony Di Fino, Ben Hoefstetter, Eichel Davis, Kelsey Sharkey, Spencer Tuckerman, director of athletics John Cunningham and the University of Cincinnati creative video staff.
