The Bearcats men’s basketball regular season scheduled was revealed in full yesterday with the season opener versus Chaminade on Monday, November 7 followed by the first conference game coming against Tulane at home on Thursday, December 29.

Prior to the previously announced Maui Invitational during Thanksgiving week, the Bearcats will play four games against Chaminade, Cleveland State, Eastern Kentucky and Northern Kentucky. After the season opener, Cincinnati will host Cleveland State three days later.

Wes Miller’s team will travel to Northern Kentucky for the first road trip on Wednesday, November 16. A week later, the Bearcats will head to the Maui Invitational for games against Arizona, Ohio State or San Diego State and another opponent from November 21-23.

Following the Maui Invitational, Cincinnati is scheduled to play six straight home games before conference play begins in late December. The Bearcats will host rival Xavier in the Crosstown Shootout on Saturday, December 3.

The other non-conference matchups at Fifth Third Arena will be versus New Jersey Tech, Bryant, Miami (Ohio), La Salle and Detroit Mercy. Cincinnati will get eight days off during winter break before starting the conference slate against Tulane.

After hosting the Green Wave, Cincinnati will play six of the next eight games away from home. That stretch will start at Temple in Philadelphia on New Year’s Day before a trip to Wichita State on Thursday, January 5.

Three days later, the defending conference champion Houston Cougars will come to Fifth Third Arena. Cincinnati will then hit the road for a couple weeks for matchups at SMU, South Florida, Memphis and Houston from January 14-28.

The 18-game AAC schedule will continue against Tulane and South Florida in early February before road games at East Carolina and UCF. As the regular season wraps up, the Bearcats will take on Memphis on Sunday, February 26 and SMU on Sunday, March 5.
