Six former Bearcats were recently invited to the 2023 NFL Scouting Combine, which is set to run from February 28 to March 6 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

Arquon Bush, Ivan Pace Jr, Tyler Scott, Leonard Taylor, Tre Tucker and Josh Whyle are expected to participate in the upcoming combine leading up to the 2023 NFL Draft in April.

Pace Jr is coming off a dominant outing at the Reese’s Senior Bowl, finishing with a game-high 10 tackles en route to winning Defensive MVP, and should continue to impress at the combine.

Cincinnati had more than a dozen players declare for the draft this offseason. Pace Jr and Scott are projected to be picked in the third round with others hoping to be selected later on.

The Bearcats were well represented in the Reese’s Senior Bowl earlier this month as linebacker Ivan Pace Jr, wide receiver Tre Tucker and tight end Josh Whyle played for the National Team.

Pace Jr was named the Senior Bowl Defensive MVP award after totaling a team-high 10 tackles and showing off his elite speed and physicality, plus an ability to drop into different coverages.

Tucker and Whyle both had one reception and combined for 43 total yards as the National Team took home a 27-10 win in the annual Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama.

All three prospects will compete in the Scouting Combine from March 2-5 at Lucas Oil Stadium with another opportunity to make an impression ahead of the upcoming NFL Draft.
