After entering the transfer portal in early April, Hofstra point guard Aaron Estrada included the Bearcats in his potential destinations alongside Alabama, Florida State and Kansas State.

Estrada averaged 20.2 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game on 47.8 percent shooting from the field last season en route to securing a second straight CAA Player of the Year award.

The New Jersey native reportedly took a visit to Cincinnati earlier this month and is scheduled to announce his final decision between the four aforementioned programs on Saturday, April 29.

It’s difficult to predict where Estrada will eventually land but the Bearcats are currently favorites according to On3. The 6’3 point guard is expected to have one year of eligibility remaining.

Despite coming up short against Cincinnati in the NIT second round last month, Estrada showed off his intriguing potential with a team-high 18 points, eight assists and six rebounds.

Estrada explained his thoughts on each school that he is considering in a recent interview via 247 Sports.

"“Coach Miller and I have created a bond in a short amount of time that is strong. I like his coaching staff and how connected they all are. I enjoyed my visit there as well. Coach Hamilton is authentic and real as it gets. From the first time I connected with him I knew I could play for someone like him and the role that was presented really suits what I am looking for in a program. Coach Tang and his staff were super welcoming and I connected with them quickly. I like the high volume ball screen offense that they run which allows their guards to have success.”"
