Cincinnati Bearcats standout wide receiver Tyler Scott was selected by the Chicago Bears with the 133rd overall pick in the fourth round of the 2023 NFL Draft on Saturday afternoon!

After displaying elite speed throughout his memorable career, Scott should compete for playing time behind Bears wide receivers DJ Moore, Darnell Mooney and Equanimeous St. Brown.

Scott racked up a team-best 54 catches, 899 receiving yards and nine touchdowns last season, finishing his career with 1,439 yards and 14 touchdowns on 87 receptions in three years.

The Ohio native received a lot of attention leading up to the draft due to his explosive quickness, recording an unofficial time of 4.32 seconds in the 40-yard dash at Pro Day last month.

During a recent episode of Whistle’s original series No Days Off, Scott discussed his offseason training regimen that included a focus on improving mobility, stability and velocity.

Scott was training to prepare for the draft in Tampa with House of Athlete’s vice president of performance Yo Murphy, plus track coaches Frank Laury and Chelsea Bischof.
