Several former Bearcats signed undrafted free agent deals following the NFL Draft including linebacker Wil Huber, offensive lineman Lorenz Metz, tight end Leonard Taylor and more!

Huber reportedly agreed to a contract with the Minnesota Vikings, while Metz was acquired by the Chicago Bears, and Taylor signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Saturday night.

Metz earned All-AAC First Team honors in 2022 and was expected to have a significant role last season but dealt with multiple injuries before eventually returning in November.

Taylor became a key contributor on the offense in 2021, totaling a career-high 28 catches for 268 yards and four touchdowns including at least one reception in 24 consecutive games.

There have been nine former Cincinnati players acquired by NFL teams this weekend as Tre Tucker was drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders and Tyler Scott was selected by the Chicago Bears.

After not being selected in the draft, Cincinnati native and former Bearcats star linebacker Ivan Pace Jr signed an undrafted free agent deal with the Minnesota Vikings yesterday!

Pace racked up a team-high 136 tackles and nine sacks last season, becoming the first unanimous All-American in program history and taking home AAC Defensive Player of the Year.
