Following an impressive senior campaign, former Cincinnati Bearcats running back Charles McClelland will continue his career as an undrafted free agent with the Tennessee Titans!
During the recent Pro Day event, McClelland showed off his intriguing ability as a runner and receiver in front of NFL coaches and scouts including Titans head coach Mike Vrabel.
McClelland led the Bearcats with 849 rushing yards and seven touchdowns last season, highlighted by a career-high 179-yard performance against South Florida in October.
There have been nine former Cincinnati players acquired by NFL teams this weekend as Tre Tucker was drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders and Tyler Scott was selected by the Chicago Bears.

McClelland will reunite with fellow Cincinnati teammate Josh Whyle, who was drafted by the Titans this weekend. Both players were a part of the 2018 recruiting class.

Cincinnati native and former Bearcats tight end Josh Whyle was taken by the Tennessee Titans with the 147th overall pick in the 5th round of the NFL Draft on Saturday afternoon!
Whyle became the first Bearcats tight end to compile 15 receiving touchdowns in his career, surpassing Brent Celek’s school record with a 14-yard touchdown at UCF last season.
