Florida native and 2024 3-star defensive end prospect Josaiah Knight announced his verbal commitment to the Cincinnati Bearcats in a social media post on Monday night!

Knight is the 108th highest rated recruit from Florida and 55th ranked edge rusher in the nation per 247 Sports, and chose the Bearcats over Arkansas, Maryland, Missouri and others.

Just within the last month, Cincinnati received commitments from nine 2024 prospects including 3-star wide receiver Dakarai Anderson and 3-star linebacker Simeon Coleman.

Satterfield continues to build the 2024 recruiting class with several commitments, highlighted by 4-star linebacker Qua Birdsong and 3-star interior offensive lineman Jake Wheelock.

Birdsong became the highest rated commit in Bearcats school history after announcing his decision in April and is the 16th ranked linebacker in the nation according to 247 Sports.

After attending the annual spring scrimmage, Ohio native and 2024 3-star tight end prospect Gavin Grover announced his verbal commitment to Cincinnati last month.

Grover is a standout tight end at Olentangy High School that revealed his decision to join the Bearcats over scholarship offers from Kentucky, Pittsburgh, West Virginia and more.

During his recruiting process that included multiple visits to Cincinnati, Grover developed a relationship with first-year tight ends coach Josh Stepp and several other coaches.
