Bishop Gorman guard and 2024 4-star prospect Jase Richardson included the Cincinnati Bearcats among his top schools alongside Alabama, Arkansas, Michigan State, USC and more!

Despite missing several months due to a leg injury, Richardson is the 3rd highest ranked recruit from Las Vegas and 46th ranked player in the country according to 247 Sports.

Richardson is the son of former NBA lottery pick Jason Richardson, who was a significant part of Michigan State’s national title run in 2000 before playing over a decade in the league.

Wes Miller’s coaching staff continues to target the 4-star combo guard, who showed off his impressive athleticism at a Nike Elite Youth Basketball League session last weekend.

Make sure to stay tuned for the latest recruits rumors as the Bearcats look to add Richardson and several elite prospects from the 2024 class including 5-star center Flory Bidunga!

The Las Vegas native broke down his thoughts on the Bearcats and other schools he’s considering during a recent interview via Rivals Basketball Recruiting Analyst Jackson Collier.

"“I hear from Coach Wes Miller and Andre Morgan basically every day. Coach Morgan and I built a great relationship while I was working to get back on the court. I like their energy and how invested they are in their players. I’m looking for a place where I can see myself, where I can fit into the system and I can make an impact as a freshman. What’s going into my decision-making process is the culture of the school, the coaching staff, if they see me coming in and helping them win games, and that they’re committed to my development.”"
