After displaying intriguing potential during his sophomore campaign, former Utah Valley center Aziz Bandaogo announced his commitment to the Cincinnati Bearcats on Saturday!
Bandaogo became one of the most sought-after transfers due to his elite athleticism, size and shot-blocking ability that helped him secure the WAC Defensive Player of the Year.
The veteran big man began his career at Akron before breaking out with Utah Valley last season, averaging a career-best 11.7 points and 10.4 rebounds in 29.4 minutes per game.
Wes Miller’s staff saw just how effective Bandaogo can be as the former Utah Valley center compiled 15 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks during a win over Cincinnati in March.

Cincinnati Basketball: Mika Adams-Woods announces his transfer to home state St. Bonaventure
After deciding to enter the transfer portal this month, former Bearcats senior point guard Mika Adams-Woods announced his commitment to St. Bonaventure on Sunday.
During his senior season at Cincinnati, Adams-Woods averaged a career-high 9.1 points and 3.2 assists on 43.0 percent shooting from the field in 36 appearances last season.
