Cincinnati Football: Bearcats expected to land Florida transfer wide receiver Xzavier Henderson

According to 247 Sports, the Cincinnati Bearcats are expected to land former Florida wide receiver Xzavier Henderson from the transfer portal.

Following three years at Florida, Henderson could reunite with former teammates quarterback Emory Jones and cornerback Jordan Young.

Henderson racked up 73 catches for 835 receiving yards and five touchdowns in 35 games, including a team-high 38 receptions last season.

The Miami native was a 4-star recruit coming out of high school, with offers from Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Florida State, Miami and more.

It would be a significant boost to the wide receiver room if the Bearcats were able to add Henderson alongside a handful of fellow incoming transfers.

Scott Satterfield brought in former Louisville slot receiver Dee Wiggins, Washington State wide receiver Donovan Ollie and several others this offseason.

Ollie compiled 491 receiving yards and three touchdowns on 43 catches, highlighted by an impressive touchdown in a win over Stanford a year ago.

Wiggins totaled 791 receiving yards and seven touchdowns during his time at Miami before suffering a season-ending injury at Louisville last season.

After his sophomore campaign, former Connecticut wide receiver Aaron Turner announced his transfer commitment to the Bearcats last month!

Turner led the Huskies with 527 receiving yards, 57 catches and three touchdowns last season before deciding to enter the transfer portal.
