Cincinnati Football: Bearcats included among 2024 4-star safety Reggie Powers III’s top schools

Dayton native and 2024 4-star safety prospect Reggie Powers III included Cincinnati among his top schools alongside Michigan State, Ohio State, Northwestern and Pittsburgh.

Heading into his senior season at Centerville High School, Powers is the 19th ranked recruit from Ohio and 55th highest rated safety prospect in the country per 247 Sports.

Powers would be a key addition to the Bearcats 2024 class but Ohio State is the overwhelming favorite to land the talented safety via On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine.

Just since the beginning of last month, Cincinnati received commitments from double digit recruits, highlighted by Georgia product and 4-star linebacker Qua Birdsong.

Satterfield picked up pledges from three other Georgia prospects in 3-star cornerback Daniel James, and 3-star wide receiver duo Dakarai Anderson and Kale Woodburn.

Other notable prospects that are currently considering the Bearcats include 4-star cornerback Terhyon Nichols, 3-star interior offensive lineman Kahlil House and others.

Cincinnati Football: 2024 4-star running back DeJuan Williams continues to consider Bearcats

Baltimore native and 2024 4-star running back prospect DeJuan Williams is considering the Bearcats among his top schools alongside several other notable programs.

In addition to Cincinnati, other destinations that Williams is deciding between include Boston College, Maryland, Oregon, Pittsburgh, Stanford, Syracuse and Virginia Tech.

Prior to his senior campaign at St. Frances Academy, Williams is the 5th highest rated recruit from Maryland and 17th ranked running back according to 247 Sports.
