Cincinnati Football: Bearcats host 2024 4-star quarterback Samaj Jones on official visit

During an official visit last weekend, the Cincinnati Bearcats hosted Philadelphia product and coveted 2024 4-star quarterback prospect Samaj Jones!

Entering his senior season at St. Joseph’s Prep School, Jones is the 8th highest rated recruit from Pennsylvania and 21st ranked quarterback per 247 Sports.

Jones included the Bearcats among his finalists with Oklahoma, Penn State and West Virginia. In addition to Cincinnati, Jones visited West Virginia this month.

A ton of notable prospects from the 2024 recruiting class took visits to the Queen City as the Bearcats hosted several talented targets last week.

Cincinnati verbal commits that visited over the weekend included 4-star linebacker Qua Birdsong and 3-star wide receiver Kale Woodburn!

Other uncommitted prospects that were in town were 3-star offensive lineman Kahlil House, 3-star defensive back Jiquan Sanks and more.

Following a handful of recent verbal commitments, Cincinnati should continue to find success building the 2024 recruiting class!

Ohio native and 3-star offensive line prospect Jake Wheelock was the first 2024 recruit to verbally commit to the Bearcats in April.

Since the beginning of the cycle, Cincinnati picked up 10 commitments including Baltimore native and 3-star linebacker Simeon Coleman.
