Cincinnati Football: Bearcats extend offer to 2025 3-star quarterback prospect Carson Boyd

After participating in the Bearcats summer camp this month, 2025 3-star quarterback Carson Boyd received a scholarship offer from Cincinnati!
Boyd is a talented quarterback prospect that displayed impressive potential and could be a priority for the Bearcats coaching staff going forward.
During his sophomore campaign at Cardinal Ritter College Prep, Boyd compiled 1,510 passing yards, 562 rushing yards and 31 total touchdowns.
Prior to competing at the Bearcats recent summer camp, Boyd participated in a camp at Purdue earlier this month and visited UCF last weekend.

Boyd is the 46th ranked quarterback in the country according to 247 Sports, with offers from Cincinnati, Louisville, Texas A&M and West Virginia.
Even though it’s still relatively early in his recruiting process, Purdue is currently projected to land Boyd per On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine.

Other targets that are considering the Bearcats include 2024 4-star edge rusher Kobe Smith and 2024 3-star wide receiver Shamar Rigby.

Cleveland product and 2024 3-star tight end prospect Devyn Zahursky revealed his verbal commitment to the Bearcats last week!
Following an official visit to Cincinnati this month, Zahursky committed to the Bearcats over Indiana, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Toledo and others.
Heading into his senior campaign at Midpark High School, Zahursky is the 48th highest rated recruit from Ohio according to 247 Sports.
Several other talented prospects are considering Cincinnati including 4-star running back DeJuan Williams and 3-star athlete Jaylen Watson.
