Cincinnati Football: 2024 3-star running back prospect Jakorion Caffey commits to the Bearcats

Avon native and 2024 3-star running back prospect Jakorion Caffey announced his verbal commitment to the Bearcats on Monday night!

Caffey received an offer from Cincinnati in early April before committing to the Bearcats over Indiana, Maryland, Pittsburgh, Syracuse and others.

Heading into his senior campaign at Avon High School, Caffey is the 90th highest rated running back in the country according to 247 Sports.

The talented running back prospect participated in several camps this summer including trips to Cincinnati, Ohio State and Penn State this month.

After taking a visit to Cincinnati last weekend, 2024 3-star wide receiver Elijah Jones committed to the Bearcats on Saturday evening!

Entering his senior season at St. Joseph’s Prep School, Jones is the 44th ranked prospect from Pennsylvania per On3’s Industry Rankings.

Jones earned an offer from Cincinnati in March and eventually committed to the Bearcats over Boston College, Duke, Pittsburgh and others.

The Philadelphia prospect plays alongside Cincinnati target and coveted 2024 4-star St. Joseph’s Prep School quarterback Samaj Jones.
