Bearcats star defensive tackle Dontay Corleone continues to prepare for the upcoming campaign as the program transitions to Big 12 play.

Corleone developed into a dominant force during his redshirt freshman year and will be a leader on the defensive front moving forward.

Scott Satterfield’s staff looks to continue building momentum entering next season and Corleone will be a significant part to the success.

The Cincinnati product received All-AAC First Team recognition last year and should compete for All-Big 12 honors this coming season.

After an impressive freshman season, Corleone was recently named to the Walter Camp Preseason All-American First Team.

Corleone was included on a pair of watch lists including the Nagurski Trophy and Outland Trophy, given to the nation’s top defensive player.
