During a recent episode of the Camp Tapes series, Cincinnati Bearcats senior defensive back Deshawn Pace discussed training camp.

Pace developed into a dynamic and versatile defensive player that has been a key part of the Bearcats success throughout his career.

The Colerain High School product will play the hybrid star position this season so he’ll line up at nickel back or weakside linebacker.

With a high level of experience and expertise gained from previous years, Pace is hoping to elevate his production to new heights!

As the countdown to the regular season continues, Pace seems poised to make his senior year a defining chapter in his Bearcats career.

Despite adjusting to a different position during the offseason, Pace should make a major impact on the new-look defense this year.

Pace racked up a team-high four interceptions and 95 tackles in 2021 before totaling 62 tackles and one interception last season.
