Cincinnati Football: Bearcats standouts named to Reese’s Senior Bowl preseason watch list

Cincinnati Bearcats seniors Jowon Briggs, Xzavier Henderson, Deshawn Pace and Malik Vann were named to the Reese’s Senior Bowl watch list!

Henderson displayed elite speed throughout his time at Florida and should have an opportunity to lead Cincinnati in receiving yards this season.

Pace developed into a dynamic and versatile defensive player that has been a significant part of the Bearcats success throughout his career.

Vann decided to come back for a sixth year after receiving a medical redshirt and he will look to cap off his memorable career on a high note.

Briggs was recently named one of the 2023 team captains as the Cincinnati native hopes to finish his career with a productive campaign.

During the home opener last September, Vann went down with a pectoral injury and was forced to miss the remainder of his senior season.

Henderson totaled 73 catches for 835 yards and five touchdowns with the Gators, including a team-high 410 receiving yards last year.

With a high level of experience and expertise gained from previous season, Pace is hoping to elevate his performance to new heights.
