Cincinnati Football: Bearcats set to host several notable recruits during season opener

During the regular season opener on Saturday afternoon, the Cincinnati Bearcats are set to host several notable recruits including multiple commits!

Following their recent commitments, 2024 3-star tight end Gavin Grover and defensive lineman Marquaze Parker will be in attendance today.

Lakota West product and 2026 3-star athlete Cam Thomas announced he will be at Nippert Stadium for the long-awaited season opener as well.

Other targets that are expected to be in town include a trio of coveted 2025 recruits Austin Alexander, Kamren Flowers and Jackson Wiley.

Illinois product and 2025 3-star defensive line prospect Joseph Reiff received an offer the Bearcats coaching staff last month!

Other schools that have expressed interest in Reiff along with Cincinnati include Iowa, Notre Dame, Northwestern and Purdue.

Prior to his junior campaign at York Community High School, Reiff is the 10th highest ranked recruit out of Illinois via 247 Sports.

Reiff flashed intriguing potential throughout his sophomore year and helped the Dukes finish with a 9-0 record in the regular season.

After impressing in the Xenith Prep Kickoff Classic last weekend, the Bearcats should offer a handful of under the radar 2025 recruits!

Belleville product and 2025 3-star athlete Andre Thomas displayed intriguing potential and would be a perfect fit in Bryan Brown’s defense.

Chippewa Valley 2025 3-star receiver Deshaun Lanier and West Bloomfield 2025 3-star receiver Elisha Durham are targets to watch as well.
