During the upcoming matchup against the Miami Redhawks, the Cincinnati Bearcats will reportedly host 2026 3-star quarterback recruit Grant Nurre!

Nurre will visit Cincinnati with several teammates including 2025 3-star interior lineman Kage Payne and 2025 3-star wide receiver Nate Lyman.

The Kings High School product is the 8th highest ranked pro-style quarterback out of Ohio in the 2026 recruiting class according to QB Hit List.

Cincinnati is set to host several notable recruits as the Bearcats take on Miami in the Battle for the Victory Bell at Nippert Stadium this weekend.

In the annual rivalry matchup against Miami, 2025 4-star cornerback Mark Zackery IV and 2024 3-star edge rusher Drew Collins will be in town.

Anderson product and 2025 3-star athlete Caden Piening will attend the Bearcats annual matchup against rival Miami on Saturday night.

Heading into his junior year at Anderson High School, Piening was the 15th highest ranked prospect from Ohio according to 247 Sports.

Piening showed off impressive potential as a tight end and defensive end, and would be a key addition to the Bearcats 2025 recruiting class.

Several programs are targeting Piening along with Cincinnati including Kentucky, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech, West Virginia and others.
