Despite suffering a recent losing skid, the Cincinnati Bearcats are striving to secure a win over the Iowa State Cyclones in the inaugural matchup this week!
Scott Satterfield’s team must get a quality showing from the offense and shut down the Cyclones from creating explosive plays on a consistent basis.
The matchup marks the first ever meeting between the brand new conference foes as the Bearcats aim to get back on track against a quality Big 12 team.

Cincinnati Football: Players to watch as the Bearcats prepare to take on Iowa State
Corleone compiled 45 tackles and three sacks in his freshman campaign, and has continued to play at a high level with 17 tackles and two sacks this year.
Jones tied a team record with seven touchdowns during the season opener but struggled to find as much success throughout the recent drought.
Metayer should continue to build on his improved play as the Bearcats look to get back on track from a frustrating skid with the Cyclones coming to town!
The loss at BYU marked the first three-game losing streak for Cincinnati since former head coach Luke Fickell was in the midst of his first season in 2017.
