Despite struggling on offense at times this season, the Cincinnati Bearcats rushing attack currently ranks near the nation’s most dominant units!
Following a historic win over the Houston Cougars last weekend, Cincinnati continued to show off an elite ground game led by running back Corey Kiner.
Kiner put up a game-high 129 rushing yards and two touchdowns, while running back Ryan Montgomery added a touchdown in the first ever Big 12 win.
The Bearcats average 223.3 rushing yards per game, which ranks fifth in the country, and have compiled the seventh-most with 2,233 total rushing yards.

Cincinnati Football: Bearcats rushing attack ranks near the nation’s most dominant
Cincinnati used an impressive offensive performance that included 22 first downs and 204 rushing yards en route to snapping the disappointing losing skid.
Kiner found the end zone midway through the first half to give the Bearcats a 14-7 lead before scoring a game-sealing touchdown late in the fourth quarter.
The Cincinnati native surpassed the 100-yard mark for a second consecutive game and inched closer to securing the first 1,000-yard campaign of his career.

Cincinnati Football: Luke Kandra mentioned in PFF’s highest graded offense linemen
Bearcats right guard Luke Kandra was mentioned among the highest rated offensive linemen in the country according to Pro Football Focus College.
Kandra was joined by Notre Dame left tackle Joe Alt, Oregon State right tackle Taliese Fuaga, Wake Forest left guard Michael Jurgens and more in recent weeks.
The Cincinnati product has been an integral part of the Bearcats fifth ranked rushing attack this season and was named the highest-graded right guard.
With an opportunity to play at his hometown school, Kandra opted to follow head coach Scott Satterfield and transfer from Louisville to Cincinnati last year.
