Cincinnati improved to 5-0 with the win and will try to keep the momentum rolling against the Howard Bison on Tuesday, November 28 in Washington DC.
During the postgame press conference, Miller broke down the Bearcats blowout win and explained why the offense found success via Cincinnati Athletics.
"“That was really fun there in the second half. They did things in the first half to stagnate us and we handed it. Then all of a sudden, the lid came off the basket and we made some shots. The run in the second half was fun. It’s good to see our defense fuel our run game and sustain it for the first time. It will take us some time to assimilate Aziz in the offense but his presence defensively was noticeable and it impacted the game tonight. It was also good to see CJ make some plays in the second half to get us going.”"
