Prior to meeting in the regular season finale, the new Big 12 opponents have played two games in the past with each program winning on their home field.

Scott Satterfield’s team should stay within striking distance but it will be difficult to pull off the upset over a quality opponent in the regular season finale.

The Bearcats first game against Kansas resulted in a 23-18 loss in 1995 before recording a 34-7 victory over the Jayhawks at Nippert Stadium in 1997.

Cincinnati is coming off a blowout loss to conference rival West Virginia, and Kansas endured back to back losses after starting the season with a 7-2 record.

During the pregame press conference in recent days, Satterfield previewed the meeting against Kansas and discussed Senior Day via Bearcats Athletics.

Kansas is led by star running back Devin Neal, wide receiver duo Lawrence Arnold and Quentin Skinner, cornerback Mello Dotson and safety Kenny Logan Jr.
