A ton of players opted to enter the transfer portal this week including Bearcats defensive back duo Sammy Anderson and Justin Harris among others.
Both veteran cornerbacks played a consistent role in the Bearcats defensive secondary in recent years but will look to finish their respective careers elsewhere.
Following a great fall training camp, Anderson was expected to start at cornerback before going down with a season-ending head contusion in September.
Harris compiled a career-high 31 tackles, six pass deflections and one interception this season after replacing Anderson when he was out with an injury.
