Indiana Hoosiers dual-threat freshman quarterback Brendan Sorsby revealed his transfer commitment to the Cincinnati Bearcats on Wednesday morning!

Sorsby started seven games for the Hoosiers in his redshirt freshman campaign, posting 1,587 passing yards along with 19 total touchdowns this season.

The Lake Dallas High School product was a 3-star prospect and the 18th highest ranked quarterback in current transfer rankings according to 247 Sports.

With the recent transfer addition, Sorsby is expected to compete with both returning quarterbacks Brady Lichtenberg and Brady Drogosh for the starting job.

Martinez put up 23 tackles and one interception in his freshman campaign with the Buckeyes in 2021 before seeing limited action over the last two years.

Cincinnati Football: Purdue transfer edge rusher Khordae Sydnor receives offer

New York native and former Purdue defensive end Khordae Sydnor opted to enter the transfer portal and picked up an offer from the Bearcats this week.

Sydnor totaled 28 tackles and 6.5 sacks in two years at Purdue and gained offers from California, Kansas, Louisville, NC State, South Carolina and others.

The Iona Preparatory product was a 3-star recruit following high school before making a commitment to Purdue over Arizona State and Boston College.

With an opportunity to add the talented edge rusher, Cincinnati should make Sydnor a top priority as the initial transfer portal window continues this month!
