After entering the transfer portal earlier this month, Vanderbilt veteran linebacker Ethan Barr received a scholarship offer from the Cincinnati Bearcats!

Barr spent four seasons at Vanderbilt and was a team captain this year, compiling 219 total tackles and three interceptions after debuting in 2020.

Several notable programs are targeting Barr along with the Bearcats including Baylor, Central Florida and and Washington as transfer season continues.

The Texas product is the 7th ranked linebacker and the 93rd highest rated player in the portal according to the most recent transfer rankings via 247 Sports.

Martinez put up 23 tackles and one interception in his freshman campaign with the Buckeyes in 2021 before seeing limited action during recent years.

Cincinnati Football: Bearcats target a pair of Wake Forest transfer wide receivers

A pair of Wake Forest transfer wide receivers Wesley Grimes and Ke’Shawn Williams earned scholarship offers from the Bearcats coaching staff this week!

Both wide receivers have been contacted by a ton of programs since the first transfer window opened up this week including South Florida and Vanderbilt.

Grimes compiled 20 catches for 339 receiving yards and four touchdowns this campaign, and would be a significant addition to the Bearcats receiving corps.

Williams racked up 38 receptions for 383 receiving yards and one touchdown at Wake Forest this year, and will have at least one season of eligibility left.
