5-star recruit Jaxon Richardson, son of Jason Richardson and brother of Orlando Magic guard Jase Richardson named his top 10 schools, the Cincinnati Bearcats being one of them.
The Bearcats were the only Big 12 school among the 10 schools he named, along with Creighton, Louisville, Miami (FL), Alabama, Michigan, Ole Miss, Seton Hall, USC, and Villanova.
Richardson is the No. 19 recruit in the class of 2026, the No. 4-ranked player in the state of Florida, and the No.7 small forward. The Bearcats have not had a commitment so far for the class of 2026
Richardson stands at 6-foot-6, plays guard/forward, and has been moving up rapidly in recruit rankings. His athletic ability allows him to be an impact player on offense and defense, being able to guard positions 1 through 4 while also being a very capable slasher and shooter.
Richardson only has one official visit scheduled so far, to Alabama on Sept. 13 but will most likely visit UC throughout the course of next season.
