Brendan Sorsby is finally getting the recognition he deserves

Cincinnati Bearcats quarterback Brendan Sorsby has been quietly having one of the best seasons in College Football and has been getting overlooked for some time. In the past couple of weeks, with the Bearcats entering the Top 25 and moving up, people have had no choice but to notice.

Heisman polls across the country are starting to feature Sorsby, with On3 Sports having him tied at No. 8 with Oregon's Dante Moore.

On the season, Brendan Sorsby has 1,843 passing yards, 20 passing touchdowns, and a Big 12 best, 1 interception. Sorsby also adds 425 rushing yards and 7 rushing touchdowns, being responsible for 27 touchdowns, the college football leader.

Those stats are as good as any quarterback in the NCAA. If the Bearcats can win against Utah on Saturday night, don't be surprised if he is in the conversation for real.
