The Cincinnati Bearcats have made the top eight schools for four-star recruit Tarris Bouie. The Bearcats, along with Mississippi State, Alabama, NC State, Marquette, Texas, Georgetown, and Ole Miss.
Bouie is the No. 43-ranked player in the class of 2026, the No. 4 overall shooting guard, and the No. 4 player in Ohio. He attends SPIRE Academy in Geneva, Ohio, which has produced a large number of basketball players, including Lamelo Ball and Jalen Pickett.
Bouie is described to be a late-bloomer type of prospect. He had a solid year in High School and in EYBL, but his best basketball is yet to be played. Standing at 6-foot-6 with a 6-foot-10 wingspan, Bouie has the makings of a very productive basketball player. Bouie is only 170 pounds, and will definitely need to bulk to reach his potential as an athlete.
At the moment, Bouie has only scheduled a visit to Alabama on September 6th, but will likely have one scheduled with Cincinnati, the only in-state school on his list.
NEWS: Tarris Bouie, the No. 43 overall recruit in the 2026 class, has cut his list to eight schools, he tells @247Sports.
